Our connected manufacturing and advanced-materials platform.
Vulcan South and Vulcan North in León, Guanajuato, form our established multi-process manufacturing base, connecting engineering, tooling, quality, plastic injection, LSR and rubber processing within one operating network. We are planning Vulcan Texas as the next stage of this North American platform, focused on advanced materials, product development and closer regional support. The Texas facility is currently in the pre-SOP planning phase, with start of production targeted for 2027.

Our network operates nine plastic injection presses. The table records nominal machine classes; a project-specific fit review also checks mold dimensions, shot capacity, interfaces and process requirements.

Rubber and silicone processes
Rubber injection uses a 250-ton Yizumi A3 press. Compression equipment includes a 250-ton Juchuan JC-250-VF, a 250-ton Qiaolian / Xinqiaolian VC-series press and an additional 350-ton press. Exact model details remain to be confirmed where not listed.
LSR injection and rubber and silicone compression molding are operational and available for new customer projects.
