How is LSR different from conventional rubber molding?+
LSR uses a two-component liquid material and a specialized metering, mixing and injection process. Tooling, thermal control, flash management and cure behavior require LSR-specific design judgment.

Is Vulcan a silicone manufacturer or silicone producer?+
Vulcan manufactures molded silicone components in Mexico through silicone injection molding, liquid silicone rubber molding and related silicone rubber processes. Vulcan does not produce raw silicone polymers; qualified material suppliers provide the silicone grades that are validated for each application.
Can files be reviewed under NDA?+
Yes. A customer can electronically sign Vulcan’s mutual NDA, upload their company NDA for review, or proceed without a separate NDA before uploading common drawing and 3D formats.
