What we assess before a transfer
Plastic injection, LSR injection, rubber injection, and rubber and silicone compression molding are operational and available for new customer projects. Our plastic presses span nominal 90–1,050 ton machine classes. Tonnage alone does not establish whether a mold will fit or run.
Prepare the transfer records
- Part drawings, CAD, material requirements, annual volume and target timing.
- Mold width, height and depth, weight, cavity count, photos and the mold book.
- Cycle times, process settings, utilities, quality records and maintenance or repair history.
- Tool ownership and the customer approvals needed for the move.
From screening to approval
- Screen: review tool geometry, machine fit, shot capacity, clamp demand and interfaces.
- Define: plan inspection, maintenance, changes, qualification and the production transition.
- Trial and approve: validate the tool and process before authorizing production.
