Our León manufacturing network operates nine plastic injection presses, with nominal machine classes from 90 to 1,050 tons. We support new tooling, custom components and production transfers, from material and DFM review through validation and repeatable production.

What files are useful for an injection molding review?+
A STEP or native 3D model, 2D drawing, material requirement, annual volume, target timing and application context create a stronger starting point. Partial information is acceptable when the project is still early.
Can Vulcan receive an existing mold?+
Yes, subject to ownership, condition, documentation, machine compatibility, material and validation review. A tool transfer should be managed as an engineering launch, not only a freight move.

Vulcan applies automotive-style quality and launch discipline. Any current certification, nomination or customer-specific requirement must be confirmed for the exact legal entity, facility and program.
