Yes. Rubber injection and rubber compression molding are operational and available for new customer projects. We review the application, geometry, compound, volume and economics before recommending the process for a specific part.
Can Vulcan receive an existing rubber mold?+
Yes, subject to tooling records, condition, machine compatibility and process review. Trials and customer validation are required before production approval.
Is there a fixed minimum annual project value?+
No. We evaluate each project based on its technical requirements, tooling, volume and production fit.
Can Vulcan work from an existing rubber part?+
Yes. A sample, drawing, material specification, performance requirement and current production problem can form the basis of a reverse-engineering or resourcing review.
Are material substitutions possible?+
Potentially. A substitution must be treated as an engineering change with performance, dimensional, process, validation and customer-approval consequences made explicit.

- Send a drawing or CAD file, material and hardness if defined, critical dimensions, application, annual volume and target date.
- For a production transfer, include mold width, height and depth, weight, cavity count and available production records.
- If the compound is not defined, describe the temperature, fluids, weather exposure and mechanical performance the part must withstand.
