Publication and decision controls
What the site means when it makes a claim.
The public wording is deliberately narrower than an internal capability presentation. It is designed to remain useful without turning historical records, preliminary calculations or AI output into an unsupported promise.
IMMEX wording
IMMEX program documentation supports the public program reference. Entity, facility, active status and transaction treatment must be confirmed for a specific engagement.
Customer experience
Automotive experience is described carefully. Current supply status, customer logos and program-level claims require evidence, correct entity attribution and permission before publication.
AI-assisted work
AI may organize intake data, expose missing inputs and prepare internal drafts. It does not approve feasibility, pricing, legal terms, customer commitments or publication.
Tool-transfer screening
The checker evaluates recorded machine geometry, shot utilization, clamp demand, tool weight, opening and interfaces. Physical inspection, trials, validation and named engineer approval remain required.
Confidentiality and NDA
Customers may proceed without a separate NDA, electronically sign Vulcan’s version-controlled 2026 mutual NDA, or upload their company NDA for Vulcan review. A customer-provided document is marked received, but it is not executed until both parties complete it.
Project information
Files and technical details stay connected to the project record.
The intake stores project information, uploaded files, confidentiality choice, activity history and assigned next actions for authorized team review.
Do not upload export-controlled, regulated or unusually sensitive information until the correct contractual, security and regulatory requirements have been confirmed for that project.
