Privacy & analytics
Useful measurement without selling visitor data.
Vulcan uses first-party analytics to understand which pages are useful, how visitors discover the site, how long they actively engage and which calls to action they choose. This helps us improve technical information and the project-intake experience.
What is recorded
Page paths, referral or campaign source, general device category, country when supplied by the hosting network, active time, button or link labels, and project-intake conversion events. Vulcan does not intentionally store a raw IP address in this analytics system, use advertising cookies, sell browsing information or create cross-site advertising profiles.
Your controls
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement. You can also disable it for this browser below. Project inquiries, NDA records and meeting requests are operational records and are handled separately from website analytics.
Contact messages
When you use the Contact window, Vulcan stores the name, contact details, company, subject and message you provide so the team can respond and preserve a follow-up history. The message is kept in the private Vulcan Action Center. Notification copies may be sent to the Vulcan recipients configured there through email and WhatsApp. Provider delivery identifiers and errors are kept for operational accountability; contact-message data is not placed in public analytics.
